Lauren is the founder and lead designer of Lauren Elizabeth Interiors. She is an accredited interior decorator and a member of DDA Canada. Lauren’s broad experience in managing a boutique renovation company along with staging luxury homes, enables her to bring a universal perspective on design strategies and selections based on your project goal.
Lauren Elizabeth Interiors transforms basic condos and homes into magnificent homes. Through thoughtful design, we create interiors that incorporate modern luxury and contemporary aesthetic, capturing our clients desire for personalized design and regard for quality.
Every project has the same foundation of functionality, beauty and quality.
Lauren and her associates are personally involved in every decision throughout the project. We aim to guide, inspire and excite our clientele through the design process.

Ryan Faiella
H.BA, MIB, CHS – Associate
Ryan grew up working in the Family Practice while attending Marymount Academy and later Laurentian University, where she earned an Honors Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages in 2012.
The following year, she pursued a Master of International Business (MIB) at Hult International Business School in Boston, MA.
After completing her postgraduate studies, Ryan joined the Insurance Sales Team at Manulife in Kitchener-Waterloo. Over the course of six years, she honed her expertise and deepened her knowledge of the Insurance Industry through various wholesaling roles. During this time, she achieved her Certified Health Insurance Specialist (CHS) designation, graduated from Manulife’s Wholesaler Development Program, and was honored with Manulife’s Emerald Award, recognizing her as one of the top-performing wholesalers in the company.
In January 2020, Ryan and her husband, Matt, made the decision to relocate to Sudbury, where she rejoined the Faiella Financial Group Team as an Advisor.
