The Grove Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario provides young people (ages 12-26) with a welcoming space to connect, relax, and access essential supports—all in one place.
With seven locations across Guelph and Wellington County, youth can drop in to hang out, play video games, grab a bite, and get the help they need—whether it’s mental health support, substance use services, academic help, job search assistance, housing support, or financial aid.
Our services are inclusive, barrier-free, and completely free to access. In 2024 alone, youth walked through our doors 32,000 times—and the impact is clear. Keeping The Grove open leads to proven reductions in anxiety, depression, and stress, fostering positive health outcomes for youth.
